| Mercury close to the thin crescent Moon and the star Regulus on August 1, 2011. Seen from Suburban Adelaide.
The top right image is early in the evening, when the earth-shine is faint, and Mercury just visible, but the thinness of the crescent obvious. In the Left image Regulus and the Moon are just about to go behind the rooftops, with nice cloud patterns. In the Bottom right the trio glow above the ocean.
