A Google search for the frequency of spelling leads to the conclusion that this comet it actually named "Garradd" - it's largely on your blog where it's spelled differently.

Hello Ian. My name is Kevin
Duncil. I am neither an astrophysicist, nor an accredited astronomer, but your picture gave me slight pause, as it would appear to me as if this comet is coming directly you. This assumption of mine is based very loosely, on my experience photographing bullets, and other projectiles in flight. It seems that all we see of the tail is where it flares out in kind of a head on perspective, or p.o.v. Just curious. Email me with a response, if you would be so kind
@, kevinduncil@yahoo.com . Thanks for the interesting pictures.

It's a bit hard to see in this image, But the tais are well developed and we are pretty much side on. This orbit diagram gives you a better feel for its location.

Thank you Ian for your timely reply, as well as the very informative diagram on the j.p.l. page.Thoroughly enjoy your work. keep watching out for us.
