The Jewel Box
The Jewel Box is one of my favourite open clusters. Lying close to Beta Crucis in the Southern Cross, it it was a great target when I was scanning the skies with my dad's binoculars in my younger days. It still is a great target for my array of telescopes, but my Webcam systems can't take images of this delightful cluster

Oh yeah, the Jewel Box is a classic (Your eta Carina shot is still better though). I'd love to see what you make of the Jewel Box.
In the meantime, I still haven't go to image any comets. sigh
