168P Hergenrother, 1 November 2012
Comet 168P Hergenrother imaged with iTelescope T11 on 1 November 2012. 20 x 30 second images stacked in ImageJ. (click to embiggen)
I've waited a few days due to the proximity of the Moon to comet 168P before trying to image it again. Nicks Howes fragment (blog post here and the discovery images here and a great animation here) has been confirmed with the Kitt Peak 3.5 meter (140 inch) scope on 30 Oct 2012.
Sadly, I still can't resolve it, I'll have a go with T7 (0.6 pixels per arc second) when the Moon is a bit further away.
