Occultation of Jupiter 6 October, semi-live blogging
6:13 I have just finished an interview with Ashley Walsh on ABC radio, clouds still not breaking.
6:26 brief gap in clouds, get off a couple of low magnification shots.
6:44 another gap, another few more shots, 30 minutes to go.
6:55 Big gap now, switched to higher magnification, 14 minutes to closest approach
7:07 Clouds again!!!!!
7:28 Breif glimpses of graze through cloud.
7:32 Massive grey cloud bank has come over, giving up and going for cuppa
