Jupiter and Zubenelgenubi
If you look to the west in the evening, you will see Jupiter close to the exotically named Zubenelgenubi (more prosacily Alpha Librae). Over the next week Jupiter comes withing 30 minutes of arc (about half a finger width) of Zubenelgenubi, being closest on September 13.
This will be attractive to watch over the next few days, and nice in a pair of binoculars or a low power telescope eyepiece so you can see Jupiter's disk and the twin stars that make up Zubenelgenubi.
