Martian Anniversary
Image Credit JPL/NASAThe rover Spirit has been on Mars for one Martian year (as of November 20, so this is a little late) and Opportunity will have completed its first Martian year on December 12. In celebration NASA have released simulation images showing the Rovers on Mars (3D models of the rovers mapped onto real images of the Martian surface), why not take in the slide show. They also have a summary of Spirits year on Mars. Go have a look.
