Comet SWAN in STEREO H1B, 12 March 2012
Comet SWAN as seen the the STEREO H1B imager on March the 12th, 2012. Before it's fateful rendezvous with the Sun. The image is inverted so the tail is clearer.In the animation below you can see the tail twist in the solar wind.
