Comet 2P/Encke update
The weather outside is frightful, and I have been completely unable to see comet 2P/Encke, but it may not have got "bright" anyway. However, you might like this image of Encke as a faint dot in a twilight widefield, taken by Rob Kaufman at 102mm in a piggybacked Canon 400D, 7 x 10 sec, at 08:50 on 22 August 2010 UT.
