Moon, Venus and Mars, Thursday 21 May
The eastern horizon as seen in Australia an hour before sunrise on 21 May.There will be a beautiful arrangement of Venus, Mars and the crescent Moon on the morning of Thursday May 21 (pictured above). On the Following day Friday May 22, the thin crescent will make another, shallower triangle with Mars and Venus. A good reason to get up in the morning.
