Shortly after the moon rose it went faintly orange from our vantage point in South Carolina, we missed out on most of the really cool stuff though. The inmates at the prison where I work kept coming up with excuses to be out on the main yard to see it. Inside the buildings we had more than the usual amount of fights and other violent behavior but I'm still not convinced that the moon had very much to do with it. My wife works in an Emergency Dept. of our local hospital and she swears people bleed more when the moon is full. I enjoyed your blog.
